VFSGlobal pakistan passport collection

Hi everyone, We received an email

29/01/2023: received email from noreply.ukvisabrp@fcdos.gov.uk that application has been decided.
30/01/2023: received email from donotreply@vfsglobal.com that:
"The processed visa application for GWF reference number GW****** was received at the UK Visa Application Centre on Jan 30, 2023.
If a courier service was purchased from VFS, your processed application will be delivered to the chosen address.
We will be contacting you shortly to make arrangements for the collection of your passport."

Its been 10 days and no further update. is this normal or we need to wait further

You need to wait further for either
1. Courier service to deliver or
2. VFS to contact you to come pick up your passport.

Have not bought courier service. It was due for collection only.

My question is:

it's been 10 days and VFS has not contacted us further (Visa issued already from 31/01/2023). Is this normal ?

You need to be patient and count in working days!!

Spouse visas are processed in the UK so there will be a delay in sending the passport back to VFS. It is normal!
