Set O Tier 2 dependant - 180 day rule

Hello Team

I have entered into UK via Tier 2 dependant route on 10th Dec 2017.
Got an extension in Feb 2020 and Tier 2 Dependant visa about to expire on 28 Feb 2023.

During 2021, I have overstayed 7 days beyond 180days outside UK (travelled out of UK on 4th Feb 2021 and entered on 11th Aug 2021).

Would I be eligible for ILR and can I apply without submitting any cause for my overstay?

Absence of more than 180 days in any 12 month period makes you ineligible for ILR.
