ILR(M) correspondence & employment

Hi,

Just a couple of questions.

Gathering paperwork to submit in the next couple of weeks for my husbands ILR. Husband had FLR sept 20 expires April 23

With the correspondence we moved in October 20, we have an invoice from our solicitor for September 20, regards the fees for our new property. Would we need to provide anything else in regards to the old property as the remaining correspondence is for our new property?

With employment, we are relying on my employment, I moved jobs on 14th November, I’m assuming I need 12 months of payslips to show my previous employment, these payslips were e payslips do i need a letter from my previous employer? And would I provide end of February 22-start of March 23 or would you suggest I go back to end of January 22? I was previously paid last Friday of the month I am now paid 4 weekly.

Hi,
Yes will be applying under category B, just wanting to double check as it’s mainly the letter I wanted clarification on, and making sure I cover a full 12 month period :)

Could you confirm if you think the invoice addressed to our old address from our solicitor relating to our new address would be ok for the correspondence for Sept 20, do we need to provide anything else from our previous address?
Also, majority of the correspondence are in joint names in form of water bills and energy statements are we ok to use these for majority of our correspondence, and then have one of the months as Cc statement for applicant and hmrc letter for myself?

Ant correspondence bearing your name or that of your husband or you both can be used.

Payslips and bank statements

Hi,
Just want to check if it would be any harm in sending more months to cover as I’m getting confused and want to make sure I cover the full 12 month period.
I changed company on the 14th November, my previous employer paid monthly on the last working day of the month, my new employer pays every 4 weeks on a Thursday therefore pay date is constantly moving, to make sure I capture the full 12 months should I go back to January last year. My last pay date was 2nd March.

Im completely overthinking everything with this visa as so paranoid about it being declined.
My current employer has 13 pay periods 4 weekly pay, does this need to be included in the letter from the employer? I don’t want UKVI to calculate the payslips I have and times it by 12 and not come to my yearly salary.

If you are paid every 4weeks make this known, even weekly pay is recognised and this will only be annualised based on the number of weeks. It won't be an issue.

One last question hopefully, can you tell I’m trying to get all the paperwork together?

We do not have our land registry, we purchased our property Oct 20, we were told there was a back log, for our application to then be cancelled in January due to our solicitor not providing all the information. It has now been expedited according to our solicitor, if it’s not here in time (plan to submit around the 15th) what can we provide instead of this? If we were to have the solicitor write a letter what info would be needed in it? We will obviously send mortgage statement and council tax bill along with our shared ownership rent statement

ILR finance

Hi,
Currently filling in the section under finance, can someone advise.
My current employment I have put what my salary is, as I need to show 12months of income it asks what my income was at my previous employer.
I had a pay rise in April therefor I have payslips Jan-April showing 24,000 as my salary and Apr-Nov showing 26,000. Do I just advise them of the last salary 26k and write a cover letter explaining the difference or will it be fine just putting 26,000?

Answers on the form are NOT used to assess eligibility. They are simply used as a guide for the caseworker and used by the online system to compile the list of documents needed. ONLY documents and evidence submitted are used to check eligibility. So putting £26000 should be good.

For the letter from employer, I have a letter from my previous employer stating that the payslips I have provided are authentic, should they have written anything else. My current employers letter covers all that is required in the application.

Also, one other thing in the application the question do you have any other reasons for wanting to stay in the UK?
We have put that we have a life here, friends, family and employment. It then asks for evidence? Does anything need to be provided?

You do not need an employment letter from your previous employer. You do not need to answer to 'any other reasons to stay in the UK'

Simply asking besides being your spouse, what other reason or reasons propels them towards applying for ILR. Whichever your reply will not cause unfavourable decision on the application.

Managed to get a super priority slot but next one in our area and anything about and hour drive only has appointments on the 12th April or after?

Uploading the documents to show the sponsor/partners residence in the UK ie the UK passport, is this just the photo page or the whole document

Locked
