I come here in uk as a student. I finoshed my study in 18 months and then on psw for anpther 2 year. In that duration my partner also with me. My question is,

Does my husband as a student dependant visa has spent 5 years in uk, first 2 as a student dependant and anpther 2 as a psw dependant and anpther 1 as a skilled wprker depwndant, so is he eligible to ILR?

And no, that's not how it works. They need 5 years as a dependent on skilled worker (PBS dependent) OR 10 continuous years of legal stay to get ILR.

A skilled worker dependent cannot apply for ilr based in 5 years dependent visa if the main skilled worker visa holder is not applying for ilr. The rulea dont permit this at all for ilr based in 5 years.

No.
He needs 10 years if that's the route you want to go, OR 5 years on a qualifying visa (student dependent isn't one of them).
