CoS wrong end date

My husband's employer sent him a 3-year CoS with the same start date (dd/yy/2024 to dd/yy/2027). We found that some people in this group claim that this is not 3 years duration and it's +1 day. Can anybody confirm that?

No one can solidly confirm any such thing to you here.
For my own purposes, I take dates as 1st to 1st to complete things and has not failed so far nor any hassle brought up by CW/ECO. Experience varies though. The employer did not make up the date, the CoS bearing it issued by HO.
