You mean you simply renewed the BRP card!! There is no such thing as ILR renewal.I got ILR extension recently and valid till 2034. .
What do you mean you 'took responsibility'? Who does the child live with everyday and who looks after the child? Now my child is 11 years and I am divorced in India. I took my child responsibility.
Depends if you have official documents indicating you have sole responsibility for the child, see link below. Simply providing for the child while the child lives with their mother does not mean you have sole responsibility. Also, if you need the mothers consent to bring the child, then you do not have sole responsibility either. Now my question is Can I directly apply ILR for my child.
Have you been given sole custody by the court?
What do you mean exactly? What official court document do you have?I took sole responsibility of my child
Still slim chance with the sole responsibility with legal/judicial backing?Frontier Mole wrote: ↑Sun Feb 18, 2024 9:01 amThe court can’t give sole responsibility for an absent father who is in another country. And even if that has somehow happened the Home Office won’t wear it.
