Childten under 18 are Registered as British on form MN1.

Please answer this question. Also, what is their UK immigration status?

The status of children born abroad is generally in line with that of the second/less-privileged parent, regardless of gender.

Did you demonstrate sole responsibility for the child at the time of the ILE application?

The moderators are unpaid workers and trying to answer your questions (to the best of their abilities). Folks need to get the whole picture and not just pieces of a jigsaw puzzle to be able to give you a correct definitive answer.

We're not your enemies here. So sarcastic answers to questions might not help you. Try using a solicitor and you can channel some of that negative energy in that direction. After all, it would be paid for.
No sin in failing, you just have to try and try again!

You have already been provided with the information. Just google the form MN1 like we would have to do. Always useful to do some of the work yourself instead of expecting unpaid volunteers on the forum to do the work for you.
