Skilled worker dependant extension, main applicant now ILR,COS expired

Post by ladypotter » Mon Nov 04, 2024 7:34 am

Hello All,
I hope you can help. I am applying a visa extension for my husband. I am now ILR since this January.
My husband's visa will expire this 14th of November.
Which link should I use. I was on skilled worker before, health and care visa
While checking the form under the partner for skilled worker it was asking for COS start date and end date.
I have input my last COS but since it has expired, it would not let me proceed.
What should I do?
We tried to put the date of expiration today just so we can proceed but then our visa fee was 551 instead of the usual 284.
I need some help please.it would be much appreciated

Is your partner working? If so you should input his COS date, not yours.

OP said they are looking under the Skilled worker route - hence my question. probably need to look at the dependent category instead.
