Most likely ILE, but I am not certain. The OP will have to confirm.
This doesn't make sense. ILE is indefinite, same as ILR. What exactly did the approval say and what does his BRP or visa vignette say?My issue is the 19 year old and he has ILE for 2.5 years. He just arrived last Feb 2024
Maybe try to understand the 'why' here? Are you trying to control him (he is an adult after all) or has he got mixed up with the wrong crowd etc?I’m worried because he is getting aggressive as time goes by.
He is an adult, he has to make his own decisions. You cannot force him to do anything.I requested for him to do therapy to fix any mental issue which I believe he has but he refused. Unfortunately this field isn’t part of any visa application
If he has ILE, it is "indefinite leave to enter" and is not limited to 2.5 years. He is settled in the UK and not dependent on you for his immigration status.
