Spouse visa

Hi everyone, this is a question behalf of my sister, she divorced. She is interested in guy but he is already married and have 2 kids. But he is living in dubai at the moment (first wife and kids are in pakistan). Her question is can she bring him here after marriage?

To qualify for a spouse visa, both have to prove they are free to marry, ie both need to provide proof of divorce.

Has she met this person in person??

Yes they are in the relationship since past 2 years but because of his kids as they are young both agreed not no divorce the his first wife. Any advice?

She cannot sponsor him for a spouse visa if he is already married. The UK does allow polygamy.
