Application for extension of dependant visa: child

Hi Guys,

My husband had just got his British Passport (two months ago), Myself and my son (5 year old) who have Indian Passport joined him as PBS dependant (3 years or less) in 2020 and then applied for extension in 2022. Now I again need to extend my dependent visa as the expiry is in July 2025. To become eligible for ILR, me and my son need visa for 6 months.

As now my husband is British Citizen. Can any one please share the correct application link for me and my son?

I appreciate any suggestions on how to proceed with my applications.

You extend as a Skilled Worker dependent. It is a 3 year extension.

Your husband becoming British is irrelevant to your visa extension.

What was the initial visa issue date of your visa in 2020?

Hello everyone,

I am applying for a PBS Dependant visa extension and hold an Indian passport. My BRP card shows an expiry date of 31/12/2024, but my eVisa is valid until July 2025. However, during the identity check using the UK Immigration app, it still recognizes the BRP's expiry date instead of the eVisa validity. Although I have linked my evisa to the UKVI account.Also my son (5 yr old) have the same issue his evisa is expirirng in May 2025.

Has anyone encountered this issue before?
Please let me know any suggestions on how to resolve it?

Could you please help me in answering the following question on my son's PBS Dependant extension application:

Has your biometric residence permit (BRP) expired?
yes or no?

As BRP are not valid since 31.december.2024 .His evisa is till May 2025.

There is ko 6 months visa.

You have already been advised you both need to apply for a Skilled Worker dependent visa, which is a 3 year extension as stated in the immigration rules.
