Hi All,
If someone has dependent (spouse) on 5 year route will they have to wait now more years if tomorrow government change number of years for ILR qualification period time or they be considered for 5 years still to apply for ILR after 5 years?

There is no final implementation. It is just a news story at the moment and usually applies to new visa entrants not to those already here.
