Citizenship application

I am a doctor - entered Uk on health and care visa
- I had british citizenship from last year
- My wife and son who was born outside uk had ILR week ago

1- Can i apply for their citizenship without waiting for 1 year ?
2- As biometrics were done week ago do they need them again ?
3- what link do i need to use to complete application

1. Yes, if your spouse meets the requirements

2. Biometrics will be needed again yes.

3. Same link and process as when you applied. It is not a different application or process for your spouse and child.
