Faz123 I can clearly understand your fear but if you would be applying base on the JR judgement won last week I don't see any reason worrying about a new rule(Tier-1 or another). From what you have qouted above, I don't think they will affect the Hsmpians before April 3rd 2006.Dear friends,
I would be grateful if you could kindly advise me about the maintenance requirements when applying for ILR on 4 year qualifying basis on HSMP.
I want to ask if we need to show £800 + 533 for each dependant for a total of 3 months in the bank account for ILR? (As required for Tier-1) or just proof of economic activity i.e >£2500 per month salary coming into the account and no recourse to public funds as it has been for HSMP applications in the past. I am on 1+4 HSMP visa and not on Tier-1. My problem is that I usually buy Premium bonds from my savings and I have not had a balance of £800+ 533 for the whole period of 3 months.
I would be grateful for your reply.
Many thanks
I would be grateful, if someone who has already applied and obtained ILR please let me know, if they had £800 + 533 for each dependant in their account for 3 months when the applied for ILR. Secondly, do we need to submit bank statements + payslips + P60 for the entire duration or would just payslips and P60 for the entire duration and bank statements for 12 months suffice?faz123 wrote:Dear friends,
