child ILR

I am to apply for ILR, however I have 2 young children born in UK in my passport.
Q1 do I need to apply for ILR for them too?
Q2 if I dont can I apply for passport for them at same time as I apply for my self?

the reason that am confused is that my passport has run out of paper, only 2 left and if I apply for 3 ILR, dont know what will happen.
the other thing is am iraqi and the embassy is not issuing any new passport in the moment. may take forever.

please note that i just applied for 3 years work permit for the 3 of us 2 months ago but the law changed for HSMP requirement from 5 back to 4 years as when i first apply.
any help please.

I want to register my 2 children as british citizen( both uk born).
MN1 form asks(child ILR date), what should I write ?mine?
as i didnt apply for them.
also what docmunts i need to supply?
do i need to send my passport (as they are added on it and not have their own passport) or only their birth certificate?

The MN1 form is a multi purpose form, applicable to different sections of the BNA 1981. If child was born in the UK and a parent has ILR, then perhaps you may state "N/A under BNA 1981 section 1(3)" or "Born in UK".

Include evidence of your ILR, (i.e. your passport containing ILR endorsement) and your children's birth certificates (confirming birth in the UK), etc.
