Visa for my Albanian Mother-in-law

Hi

I am French citizen and married to an Albanian man who has applied for an Indefinite Leave To Remain.
His passport is still being held at the Home Office.

Now I want to get a visa for my mother-in-law (Albanian) so she can come and see her grandchildren.

What forms do I need to fill? How much will it cost?
