Travel back to home country only on passport without visa

I, m on T-1 General, I got a new born baby. I want to send my wife and child back to home country with an intention to stay there for at least 2 years, is it possible that my child can travel on passport only whiich is issued from embassy in london, without having dependent visa so that we can apply for visa from home country whenever to come back here in u.k, i mean 2years later....
