I have read on the ukba website that there may be some exemptions regarding speeding up the processing time of the eea2 application, and they call it Priority case. It is mentioned that it has to be some compassionate or job offer as the reason to make your application be decided earlier then planned.
Does compassionate include some tragic events that you must attend outside of the UK or it can be any important event for you?
Perosnally, little baby daughter of my husbband's brother is going to be baptised , so I was invited too but not sure if I will maanage to get the RC before that time.. My application time is to be nearly 3 months now since went into process. Can it be stated as the reason for making my application priority or it does not mean absolutely anything to the Caseworkers?
Thanks[/b]
