online payslips without company stamp for T1G Ext

Post by chim30 » Thu Mar 15, 2012 4:02 pm

Hi, Just I came to know that the company stamp is not available, so my employer only can sign on my online payslips. Is that fine or company stamp is mandatory?

i) Payslips: These should be either formal
payslips or on company headed paper.
Where formal payslips are produced on
plain paper they must be stamped and
signed by the employer. Payslips which
are not on headed paper or if the applicant
receives all pay slips online, he/she must
authenticate the evidence by asking the
employer to sign and stamp a printout.

If the applicant provides payslips, they
must cover the whole period claimed (for
example, if payslips are produced monthly,
the applicant must provide the payslip for
each month of the period claimed).

You need the stamp as well.

Can you get them to print/copy them onto the company headed paper? If so, that should suffice. Wait till others comment though. I know some multinational companies do not believe in rubber stamp these days !!! Mine is one of them :(

Thanks for all your response. Can I ask the employer to give company headed letter which would mention the claim period earnings (12 months) ? If they agreed to give, can I submit only the letter or (letter and online payslips with the employer sign)?

Thanks for your response tahirnaveed.

I also managed to get my pay slips in company header letter. Do you think this (along with the bank statements) is sufficient to prove the 'Previous Earnings'?

Did you submit the letter from employer as well?
