passport lost do I need a TOC before ILR?

Hi everyone! Just start to prepare for ILR and was not able to find my old expired passport(expired in 2010) with my valid visa in it.I have not travel for 2 years and don't remember where I last time put it.I still have my new blank passport with 2 immigration stamps.I used to travel with two passports..
I have all photocopies from my old passport with stamps..Should I go straight for ILR.I booked an appointment for Sollihul..or I need such things like police sertifikate, TOC?

any help please

Anyone can help you, if they know the dates involved here. In addition to this, which visa catagory you are in at the moment.
The question is... to be or not to be....

TOC is probably unnecessary. A Police report concerning the lost passport is probably expected. As the lost passport may make the ILR application complex, recommend a postal application.

You mean dates of travel or my first entrance to uk?I came to uk in aprill 2007? my visa is tier 2 sport person.and I have passport's photocopies almost of all my absences.
