YOU HAVE BOOKED A STANDARD VISA APPOINTMENT
Please bring these documents with you to your appointmnet:
• a print out of your appointment confirmation
• a signed print out of your visa application form
• your passport and one passport size photo
• a tuberculosis (TB) test certificate if you’re going to the UK for more than 6 months and you live in
Indonesia
• if you are under 18, a letter of consent from parents/guardians
• any other documents to support your visa application. Supporting documents must be in English or
you must provide a certified translation.
I booked the appointment through Visa4UK When i click "Register at Commercial Partner" it doesn't allow me to book any other services at the centre as the GWF it creates is a different number to the one on the Visa4UK form and it asks me to pay and book other appointment which i don't need so haven't. The box on the forms isn't green so not sure if it's linked?
So does this mean i can use the VFS centre in Leicester to submit my supporting documents?Jhelumi wrote: ↑Wed May 29, 2019 10:59 pmHello,Bule88 wrote: ↑Wed May 29, 2019 5:35 pmAppointment Location:

Bank statements, dating back 6 months – My last bank statements was issues on the 29/04/19 – Unsure if this is ok. I do have a letter from the bank dated on the 28th of May but it didn’t include May’s bank statement so was printed in branch on the 29th and stamped
A letter from the employer - the person’s employment and gross annual salary; the length of their employment; the period over which they have been or were paid the level of salary relied upon in the application; and the type of employment

Should be ok.Bank statements, dating back 6 months – My last bank statements was issues on the 29/04/19 – Unsure if this is ok. I do have a letter from the bank dated on the 28th of May but it didn’t include May’s bank statement so was printed in branch on the 29th and stamped
I forgot to add that May's bank statement has the 29/05/19 as the statement date not the 28/05/19, This that still ok?
Why would you need to prove that?? Where did you get the idea that this is required??Evidence that the shares in the employer’s ltd company are not held by the applicant, sponsor or a member of the applicant’s or sponsor’s family
To show i'm not relying on shares from the company.
As i'm apply under Part 3A on the appendix form, It isn't needed but was recommend to me. I guess the case worker would do the search anyway, so saves them a job.CR001 wrote: ↑Fri May 31, 2019 2:59 pmShould be ok.Bank statements, dating back 6 months – My last bank statements was issues on the 29/04/19 – Unsure if this is ok. Yes that's correct, I don't' really know why they recommend it, i didn't question it at the time as it was from a immigration solicitor who recommendation it. I guess it helps confirm I have submitted the right finance documents.CR001 wrote: ↑Fri May 31, 2019 3:50 pmwhat is 'part 3a of the appendix'? I don't understand why you believe this document is necessary, you have not explained why you are proving you do NOT have shares etc held by family.
Presumably you work for an employer as PAYE salaried employee and your employer is not family??
Unsurprisingly, they don't actually always know what they are saying and often get the most basic applications horribly wrong, to the detriment of the applicant.immigration solicitor who recommendation it.
Submit only your employer letter, payslips and bank statements. Don't over complicate things by sending unnecessary documents.I guess it helps confirm I have submitted the right finance documents.
Maybe you referring to section 3A of Appendix II. You don't need to clarify anything if you are working for an employer who is not your family member.Bule88 wrote: ↑Fri May 31, 2019 4:14 pmYes that's correct, I don't' really know why they recommend it, i didn't question it at the time as it was from a immigration solicitor who recommendation it. In near past the supporting documents were required to send within 10-15 days. Try to send them asap and you can easily get walk in appointment to get these scanned, upload and send through vfsBule88 wrote: ↑Sun Jun 02, 2019 1:31 pmHi,
My wife had her biometric appointment on the 31/05/19 in Indonesia and we was planning to use the VFS centre in Leicester to scan the supporting documents but haven't received any information regrading when this needs to be submitted by, anyone know how long we have to submit the documents? It's non-priority by the way.
Thanks in advance.
