Application sent: 31.03.16 - received at the HO the day after
Fee taken: 11.04 (10 days later)
Bio: expected 01.05 (counting with 20 days from the fee as per last posts here)
COA: expected 20.05 (some people received on same day of Bio letter, some receive 15 days after Bio)
RC/CR: expected 01.09 (5 months it´s current average)

My first application was refused because I sent copies of CSI (Comprehensice Sickness Insurance) and marriage certificate, so please follow instructions exactly, not worth the gamble (time, money, patience...)!
