If they are less than 30 days per residence year, do not botherILR_New wrote: ↑Sat Jun 06, 2020 9:05 pmHello,
I will be soon applying for ILR , my current employer is ready to give a letter for my leave absence , however previous employer is not responding to my email so I am not able to get leave absence from previous employer. Will this create a problem? How should I handle this problem? Please advice.
Regards,
Kanchan

What you did is irrelevant. Full days of absence from the UK should be declaredILR_New wrote: ↑Tue Jul 28, 2020 11:43 amLets say I went to India for 1 month out of which 10 were holidays like Saturday,Sunday, bank holiday and for 5 days I worked from home with the permission and 15 days I took annual leave.
In the leave absence excel sheet weather I should just mention 30 days holiday or I will have to give all above details.
Yes. Most often duplicate/replacement postal statements bear such title.

Also the bank statements which they have sent me through post says duplicate on it ? Is it still valid? Yes
Will this qualify for my ILR application? Please suggest. It will qualify
Bank statements if are not on official stationary won't meet the criteria without the stamp & signature. And a balance certificate alone will be frivolous.AmazonianX wrote: ↑Tue Aug 18, 2020 11:42 am

On the basis of what seagul raised, a safer option will be for you to try other HSBC branches, tell them is for immigration/HO purpose and out of a couple you should get one that will grant your request.ILR_New wrote: ↑Tue Aug 18, 2020 9:55 amHSBC account has denied to provide stamp and signature on my bank statements instead they said they can provide a letter as a Certificate of Balance which can be used as a proof.

Some towns only have one branch within their 50-100 miles. However based on the op's current situation where he couldn't be able to get these stamped so these won't be accepted rather the ones he has got and marked with duplicate will be fine (same as said earlier).AmazonianX wrote: ↑Tue Aug 18, 2020 8:14 pmOn the basis of what seagul raised, a safer option will be for you to try other HSBC branches, tell them is for immigration/HO purpose and out of a couple you should get one that will grant your request.ILR_New wrote: ↑Tue Aug 18, 2020 9:55 amHSBC account has denied to provide stamp and signature on my bank statements instead they said they can provide a letter as a Certificate of Balance which can be used as a proof.

1. Better to update your bank, any money lender or the landlord.ILR_New wrote: ↑Wed Sep 30, 2020 4:35 pmHello,
I have got my ILR 2 days back. I have informed my HR regarding this and have also sent a copy of my new BRP.
1. Are there any more places where I need to inform about change in my visa officially?
2. Also if I switch my job is it legal or still I might have some terms and conditions with my current employer?
In my offer letter they have just said that for 6 months I cant join any company which might be our client directly or indirectly.
Please guide.
Thanks & Regards,
