ilr dependant

Hi,

does anyone have documents list for ilr dependant visa ? also how much maintaince funds is needed and for how long as i need to start maintaining (will be doing mine in jan - so need to start maintaining if its 6 months)

Thanks xyz123..i am confused if its the tier 1 dependant or is there any other procedure for ilr dependants. ..thats why i need some help..so could you please provide me the links if you know pls..that would be helpfull

do you have ILR now? where are your family? If in the UK what is their immigration status?

i am in the uk on tier 1 now and due for ilr in Jan..my wife was on my dependant till last month here (1.5 years) but now has left to india for pregnancy and wont be back untill Feb 2012. So i think i have to process her as ilr dependant isnt it ?

the link you provided me does not give much info about applying outside the UK (no giudance note at all). so would you be knowing any details about it...regarding maintainence funds and what documents needed producing and the fees as well pls?
