Pay for new application whilst a current application is already submitted

Post by Jdsjones » Fri Jan 18, 2019 2:11 pm

Hi, I have submitted an application for my wife’s settlement visa but I now know I will be refused, can I put a new application in now whilst this one is in? Then once I get the refusal my wife can just go and have the biometrics done.

The reason being is I’m non salaried and I would like to use the past 6 months payslips from now as my job goes quiet this time of year so worried I won’t meet the financial requirements if I wait for the refusal to reapply, anyone know if this is possible to do without withdrawing the current application?

Thanks
