Pbs dependent extension for husband

My husband has tier 2 pbs dependent visa that needs to extend. I now have ILR and my daughter now British citizenship. I understand that my husband can extend on the same visa but where online do I apply for him to extend? Any information and the link to apply and about cost ,wait times would be helpful.

Current cost is £704 plus IHS. Note that IHS is doubling in cost on 8th January.
