Hi guys I need help I got married before i divorce my 1st wife then I applied for visa to bring my 2nd wife to uk but it was refused because I didn't divorce my uk wife and marriage was polygamous my question is how can bring my 2nd wife to uk
I applied for divorce for my 1st wife in few weeks time i will get my divorce my question is how can bring my 2nd wife to uk thanks :

Re-register/remarry again after divorce outside the UK then apply spouse visa or divorce then apply fiancee visa to marry in UK.

Adding to my question the court said any subsequent divorce dose not have any effect on the fact that marriage at the times was polygamous
