IHS is £1200. You need to put your ilr expiry date as three years exactly from date you plan applying, ie. X July 2023.

So lets say I am going Pay IHS and Application Fee today 18-07-2020, what date should I put Expire OF VISA.
1- MY Name: OK
2-From :Nationality, ok

3- What should put Visa Route?

Settlement?

4-What should I put VISA Type?

Husband?

Very Confused IHS, I read a lot of peoples case, everyone client wrong and they start a new application.

Given the lethargic application process whilst having no trepidation of getting overstayed, thus take a time to digest the things first instead cocking these up because any minor omission/mistake may cause refusal with the forfeiture of hefty application fee.

I have already booker appointment for my wife spouse visa 30 july 2020

I just checked my all document and one part of document all mixed up and for caseworker gonna be confused.

1-After appointment can I delete one part and re-upload all documents?

you cannot amend your documents by deleting and adding after your appointment. If you want to change anything, it MUST be done BEFORE your appointment.

I uploaded again documents PDF file.

All file make separate one by one category for example Bank statement , Tax Files, all documents seperated. But After few hours I am checking my documents all file are splited and mixed up.

Is that any issue all pages are mixed i think its hard fo case worker might he will missed documents.

1-Any suggestion Might I am doing something wrongly upload.

2-WHY my ALL pages mixing up?

File less then 10 mb PDF And JPEG 1.5MB

Today I got my wife visa application collection email my back home ,Not sure approved or not but If she not able to travel what Have to do ?

AS I know spouse have to entry within 29 days after aproovel, if she cannot , what step I need to do please.

Initial visa vignettes are currently issued for 90 days.

She has to arrive in the UK before she can collect her BRP card as she has to present her passport with the entry stamp to collect it.

Hi natsha,

Could you please able to help what are the documents you provided for self employed for the income threshold.

I have filed last year self assessment with more then 18600 but the problem is I can't relate the each transaction or corespondent in bank account.

I'm self employed and also director but I have not drawn any salary since company is in loss.

Did you provide self assessment return plus bank statements and also could you please the list the documents submitted.
