Tier2 dependant visa

Post by pgsandeep85 » Wed Aug 26, 2020 4:47 am

Hi,

I am in a situation where I am really confused please suggest me what will be the best way to over come it. My issue is I was in UK with a student visa in 2010 and I had a visa extension in 2013 where my visa got rejected on the basis of funding as my father was funding for my fees and the surnames was different they thought we are two different persons. Later I went for an appeal and I won the case after providing my birth certificate, after winning the application I have applied for another college and I have written the Toeic exam and after writing the exam I waited for one year and later I got a letter from ukba asking me to come to old street Home office and be present there, which I didn't went and already I stayed in the UK for five years and I don't want to spend more time so after my solicitor's advice I withdrew my application voluntarily as I have already spend two years on this and I don't want to spend more time so I left to India after collecting my docuements from Heathrow airport, Now after five years my wife got a job in March and she is working on a Tier 2 visa and I am willing to apply for the Dependant visa.I would like to know what are the chances of refusal or do I get the visa without any hassles as I know dealing with Homeoffice it takes lot of time which I have experienced during my stay in UK.

Please provide me your valuable suggestion.

Tier2 dependant visa

Post by pgsandeep85 » Tue Sep 29, 2020 5:10 am

Hi,

I have applied for the Tier2 dependant visa and I have got the visa successfully but I haven't received any information along with my visa from where should I collect the BRP card in U.K.

Normally, all my collegues who applied for the Tier2-dependant visa from India have received a seperate paper stating from which postoffice they should collect the BRP Card in U.K and they should show that docuement in the postoffice for getting their BRP Card,I have't received that and to whome should I contact in this regarding.

I know from which postoffice I need to collect the BRP Card as I have mentioned it during my application filling, but do they give me BRP Card if I go with my passport and visa copy and also Is it compulsory to show that docuement in postoffice for my BRP Caed.

Please guide me.
