Re: Approval Letter not received from Home office

This same thing happened to me recently. And it turned out HO never sent out a letter for me and I waited about 3 weeks for it. The email address is correct. I ended up demanding a digital letter and they sent that out instead. It took another week for them to reply with the actual letter.

Re: Approval letter may have gone lost :(

Just to give a final update on this. Though the application was approved on October 22nd, no physical letter was ever sent out to me for whatever reason. In the end, I received a digital letter via email on November 18th and the letter was dated 15th of November. I had allowed enough time to complet...

Re: Approval letter may have gone lost :(

Demand an e copy from HO (via email) The HO reference number is the same as Case ID sent in the acknowledgment email. My council wasn’t interested in seeing the approval letter. They had my picture with them. Didn’t even ask for ID but I did present it. Thanks so much Aman90, does the case ID look ...

Re: General Discussion During Naturalisation Application Process

Does 10 year Long Residence application take so much longer than normal for HO to process? I feel like just looking at general timeline on this board, Refugee is the slowest, then 10 year LR (not married to BC), and the quickest seem to be 5 year route and married to BC.   Imp...

Could someone please clarify below? 10 year various Visas + 12 months ILR ILR issued on August 23rd, 2018 (same date on BRP card) Does that mean I can apply online on the 23rd or should...

99 Days of absence in last 12 months

Hi, I just want to check with anyone with similar experience of absence. I'm meeting all other criteria but have a total absence of 99 days before my application goes in. This is under 100 days which on the guidance note says discretion will apply. I have a house in London and full time job, majorit...
