Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

No one can be sure about the reason. The only assumption I can think of is that maybe UKVI has a certain quota, first come first serve- maybe they manage it like that for now.. you will have to keep checking regularly. Since you already have withdrawn your application, you should cancel your biomet...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

Select yes and provide details. Your previous application will automatically be withdrawn once you apply for a new application anyways. But it is good you withdrew it on your own via the UKVI cancel link. It will not harm providing details in the new application also. Dont worry and apply for a new...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

Dear All, Just checked the recent posts on this thread and the UKVI website. It appears that Super Priority service is now made available for SET (M) applications. I had submitted by application on 9th March and my biometrics is scheduled on 6th April (right after Easter break). Do I still have an o...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

Has anyone here that applied for ILR Set (M) in early September used the IDV app for uploading documents and biometrics had a successful outcome? I ask because I applied on 5/09/2020 and received email on 17/09/2020 to use the IDV app, which I immediately did. I'm now 14 days off the 6 month mark a...

Hi All, I have submitted my online ILR SET(M) application today. From the recent posts it is evident that it's going to be a long wait for me. But I am a bit confused about the UKVCAS appointment availability. After paying the applciation fee online I immediately received an automated email to regis...

Re: Super priority service for ILR SET(M)

Why are those categories being prioritised over SET(M)?

Both me and my wife are employed and have paid thousands towards tax and national insurance. Just because I am on FLR(M) visa, I will not be prioritised. Dependent of a Tier-1 is prioritised over dependent of a citizen! It is really not fair.

Re: Super priority service for ILR SET(M)

Where does it say that? The list is very clear on which categories it is currently available for. SET M is not one of them. https://www.gov.uk/faster-decision-visa-settlement/eligible-visas-when-applying-inside-the-uk Last but 2 on this list says "Applying to settle as the dependent child or partne...

Super priority service for ILR SET(M)

Hi All,

It's mentioned on the UKVI website that superpriority service is now available for ILR SET(M) applications for working applicants. Can anyone confirm if they have been able to book a ILR SET(M) appointment online and choose the super priority service recently?

Re: Set m queries

There is no "submitting photo online" option. You must attend a biomterics appointment at ukcvas. There are several posts on this and other forums where people have mentioned that they have een notified by UKVI after submission of their online ILR application that their previously submitted biometr...

Set m queries

Dear All, I am going to apply for ILR SET(M) around 10th March. I have prepared my online application form and paused it before the submission step. Gathering the documents now. Looking at the timelines posted on this forum it appears that there is a 5+ month wait for approvals. My FLRM visa expires...

Re: Premium Service appointment booking issue for ILR (LR)

Hi there, Can anyone confirm whether an FLRM visa counts as a family visa and will therefore be excluded from the new system? Or can I use the new system? Thanks! FLRM is not included in the new system. I spoke to lawyers yesterday and they suggested submitting by post. I told them I can get atleas...
