2 - PR is obtained automatically after 5 years. You don't need to apply for it. 3 - You need your husband to attend the ceremony if you want to apply as a spouse of BC. 1. No. You need to have PR status which is obtained automatically after 5 years. See Q1 & Q5 in the FAQ . 2. He doesn't need to hold a British passport. The Naturalisation Certificate which he will get in the ceremony is enough, 3. Once you complete 5 years of residence and your husband is British....

There is no in person option.

Only postal (sending originals) and NCS (they copy originals and give them back to you).
