Thank you for this. I appreciate it. I don’t recall the visa 4 UK form asking for financial information so will also prepare an appendix 2
You're welcome :) . If Visa4UK didn't have a financial section, it's better to be on the safe side and prepare an Appendix 2 form as you will do. Good luck!

Re: Is an Appendix 2 form required? Qs priority service

Thank you. Is Access UK different to Visa4uk? To submit the Appendix 2 form, it depends more on the country you're applying from rather than using Access UK or Visa4uk. Regardless of the online services, some countries still require the Appendix 2 form as the forms on the online services haven't be...

Hi, firstly congrats! great news. Secondly for appeal is it 28 working days or is it 28 days general from the date of refusal? Thank you, Karmy100 :). But with respect to those Sheffield ones, they are emails you mean, not texts? How many of those Sheffield updates would you get? On which occasions? (sorry for all these questions). It's just that it's not clear to me what to expect... You're welcome! Yes, those were emails. After I submitted my b...

When we have appointment at VFS Centre, we have the opportunity to register to a sms/mobile notification system. Hey! I had to opportunity to register the mobile notification system at VFS too, and I did. However, I've never received any updates from VFS centre, just the Sheffield's updates :( They...

I think it should be fine. If she has sufficient evidence with bills, letter addressed to both of you and you can prove valid cohabitation throughout two years, it would be ok.

Hey, Basically, if you haven't married her, you have two options: apply for fiancée visa (to get marry in UK) or spouse visa (marry her in Morocco and apply afterwards). Re: Spouse Visa - Overstayer - chances of approval?

In and of itself, the previous overstay is not grounds for refusal. Illegal working, use of deception, etc... are different matters which may or may not be relevant to his case. Exactly, this is more important. Fififadi , rather than the overstay itself, what matters is the surrounding circumstance...

Successful Appeal after Refused Spouse Visa- My experience

Hey friends, I want to share with you my successful story of how I obtained a visa after appealing the initial refusal on my spouse visa. I'm not really sure about this scanning part. When I recently visited the center in April 2019 for my visit visa, I went there with the knowledge that I have an option to scan them. But, they just gave a token and they scanned the documents. I haven't really noticed any other applicants scanning it...

Yes, I will be submitting at VFS center but from Hyderabad. I'm planning to get them scanned by the worker.
Then, you need all the physical documents, so your husband must post the financial paperwork to you in India.

Re: Travel from NL with RC to Peru and back

Hey, I lived in NL for two years and I think I can help you.

-What's your wife nationality?
-Did she already travel?

Even though it's not a permanent Burgerservicenummer, it's a proof that you're a resident in the Netherlands. Tell her to travel with the registration letter from the BSN.
