Re: Requested applicant's passport, received decision in 6 d

You have got this all wrong, people are trying to tell others waiting not to use this avenue unless its absolutely neccesary. No where did they apply you were selfish, froom what I make out you were not sure that they would actually process your application. What you did now, I did in July and got m...

Re: Can I apply Naturalisation while working in Abroad

Also any time spent outside the country due to employment is not a problem as long as you can substantiate that you were working there. A letter from employer stating this would do the trick, so I wouldnt worry about the number of days you are way from UK in the last year (2012) Hi, I hope any of yo...

Re: Questions 2.1 and 3.12 on Form AN

If the Police just took names then that is routine, if they dismissed this as being trivial and police involvement not needed then you should be fine, you were NOT even given a caution, so I would just leave this out. You can put this down, but it will just delay the application. I woudl have put it...

UKBA clearly says "Bank Employee" it doesnt matter if the person is a trader, head of Desk, analyst or CEO of a bank. go by the broader term not my job description. Thanks Bobobo. Re: British Naturalisation for Polish Citizen

it generally helps if you have a PR card, however you can apply for naturalisation on the 6th anniversary of you being in this country (exercising your rights) in your case this would be Jan 2012. As long as you can prove you are eligible in terms of exercising treaty rights and ample days in the UK...

Re: seek help from The Labour Party

I am not sure that labour would want to bring the topic of Immigration up in the parliament, even though this is not "Uncontrolled Immigation". He is smart enough not to shoot himself in the foot. COntact Keith Vaz instead I would say. I just had a thought about contacting the labour party and notif...
