Re: Tier 1 ext

Payslips are on monthly basis so there is no information regarding the working hours, so it will be fine as I read in some post here that it's important to show the working hours etc as well. Working hours is important. But that is information you provide in the application form - it asks for hourl...

Re: 200k route - ILR application if the company has gone into liquidation

Thanks for the quick reply. Yes, the other business he setup himself is a genuine business and trades, employs 2 full time people (initially done to meet the requirement). Just wanted to get some clarity on whether the investment of £200k needed to be evidenced again at the time of ILR, and whether...

2) His AR will cease to be pending. Thanks for your time and valuable reply. Yes that's the main worry, if he submits SW application, his AR will cease to be pending and will it break 3C and this break his ILR count or worse make him an overstayer since T1E has now expired. If it's confirmed that h...

Re: Applying for extension as T1E partner from outside the UK

Thank you for the suggestions Applying within the UK doesn't seem like a viable option, as the current T1E processing time seems to be 2 months at the least. Cant be off work for so long. The long term visitor visa also doesn't quite come across as the correct option in my case. I travel to the UK ...

Thank you! So I just submit the PBS Dependant extension application correct? Would I do it after the partner's application is approved? or both need to go in at the same time? That is correct - you use the PBS dependant extension. You need to do it before your current visa expires. It is not linked...

Re: UK Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) Dependent Visa Extension Query

Thanks for your reply Marcnarth. I have few more points to ask please. If your spouse is not going to be out again for 180 days or more, it doesn't matter which route you choose. Staying as PBS Dependent will get her to the 5 years a little earlier, may be about 6 months. You mean her continuity is...

To be safe, list them as separate jobs in your application. Not as the same job filled by two/three employees

Yes that would have been a problem if you it were not for the COVID exception.

You have overlap in the other job too
