Re: Changing Jobs During ILR Set M Application

How will you be paying yourself out of the Ltd company, lots of contractors I know take out the bare minimum in monthly salary to minimise tax liability.

Ideally you need to show payslips showing your salary is over £18,600.

Re: Changing Jobs During ILR Set M Application

Hi All, I have been a long time user of this forum, occasionally commenting on people's posts to provide guidance as per my understanding. I now find myself in a peculiar situation. I recently (mid-Sept 2018) applied for Set M using the online form. My application is still under review at the time ...

Nobody can be sure on chances, you just have to be open and honest as regards to your involvement in your citizenship application and it must align with the statement you provided in your asylum application.

Re: British citizenship with 3 points?

You have to declare the 3 points (FPN).

You can’t drive away with a serious defect after an MOT failure, you have little room for an appeal. Going to court risks a higher fine and more points.

But highly unusual for the police to come out that quickly!

Re: Received FPN after submitting naturalisation application -do i need to inform HO

FPNs are normally handed out for offences which are criminal in nature. Littering is a criminal offence, albeit a minor one.

Sounds harsh but that’s the law.

Re: Received FPN after submitting naturalisation application -do i need to inform HO

I believe that any FPN or criminal offence which happens after submission of an application needs to be declared, so an FPN happening after application would need to be declared to the Home Office by letter. It wouldn't in itself result in a rejection. Also on criminal offences there is no 'qualifyi...

Re: URGENT Naturalisation Issue - Traffic Offence 2018 Non-disclosure or Deception

I believe you are meant to declare all criminal convictions which include road traffic offences (FPNs). Yours was from some time ago so wouldn’t affect your application but would still need to be declared. Perhaps write to them (using recorded delivery) with your application number explaining that y...
