Re: Director's Loan Amount

As far as I know, salary is your business expense which has nothing to do with director loan amount of 50k. According to 50k visa requirement, invested amount should not be less then 50k. Your salary has to come from business bcz you are a employee of your business.

Loss or profit has nothing to do with home office. There is no where profit is a requirement for visa or in decision making.

Re: Letter From Home Office after i got my Ent extension

It's common letter to employers, who had employee on payroll and his / her visa expires.

You need to write down a letter to home office with your visa copy that you have extended your visa and have a valid leave to remain.

They will update data.

Re: Business must be subjected to United Kingdom taxation

Yes

Guidance says 1 document only to show that business is subject to UK taxation. It could be CT600 or CT41G. Friend of mine only attached CT600 for the last year and that was accepted by home office.

I do agree with all of you,

you just need to send statements which clearly shows investment, don't need to cover 3 years statements.

Re: Bank statement what and when

it says identifiable source of income, if the money credited in to your business account, it definately debited from the account in to business, so you need to show them from where the money came in? In guidence it doesn't say this but on the safe side if the money transfered from your personal acco...

Re: Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa(200K) Extension Refusal Appeal

Your Accountant knows nothing about tier1 visa requirement, In tier1 extension 80% job / paper work needs to be done by accountant. 1. He didn't mention the invested amount in your name as director loan. 2. He didn't provide / you didn't submitted RTI / FPS for the whole period. You can go for a fre...

I seek advised from 2-3 experience solicitors, and what they suggested me to go for extension. don't take risk they might refuse your application bcz the date when you applied for 10 years, you were not eligib...

CT41G issues when new company formed on board. it has to be 2013 when you registered your company, which is acceptable.
