Wedding photos not available for spouse visa

Hi all,
Has anyone got a refusal for not providing evidence of wedding event such as wedding photos or wedding card?
Our solicitor says it's an additional document and is not required??
Please advise as we plan to apply for spouse visa asap.

Regards

Hi Forum Members,
How important are wedding photos or wedding card? If we dont have it, would it impact the application negatively?
Many thanks!

Many thanks
