Black X on passport in UK, how long to come back?

Hello, my Argentinian girlfriend was rejected Wednesday to enter in London, Gatwick airport. She had the return way ticket, insurance for Europe, my invitation letter. They said she didn't have enough funds to stay 5 months. Ok... They invented my bills, how much I spend and I can't support both, not true. I have my parents help as well and anyway mine was enough. She was detained for 16 hours!!! Then sent in another place (prison for me, close to Heathrow where I saw her 2 hours) and in the end sent back in Argentina. They didn't give to her food, water, nothing!!!

Anyway! They put that black X, black mark, on her passport. How long she needs to wait to come back in UK? If she has those funds, can she come back soon? Or I will leave the job to be with her.

They said it will not affect for Schengen area, I wanna take her in Italy in my house.

I would suggest that for all future travel to the UK, that she apply for and get a visa in advance, rather than for a visa on arrival.

I believe that so long as she has got the appropriate documentation and finances, she should be able to travel asap.

Why do you think 2 years residence will make any difference to your situation? An EEA national needs to show 5 years 'exercising Treaty rights' in the UK before qualifying for Permanent Residence (PR). Also there is no provision for a 'girlfriend/boyfriend' residence permit and from your posts, it doesn't appear that your girlfriend qualifies as an extended family member as you haven't been living together in a 'durable relationship'. This requires a substantial period of co-habitation with documented proof to support this. To use a phrase from the UK Immigration Rules, "in a relationship 'akin to marriage'."

Forget about 2 years, my question was another one. When she can come back in UK like tourist, because they said "you can come back when you have enough money".

I spoke better with her, they didn't say 1 year neither.

She will arrive to Italy on December and after I have already tickets to London.

So she should be staying in London between 28th December to 10th April because she has already the ticket London Buenos Aires.

I would recommend that she applies for a UK visit visa in advance, rather than getting rejected again.

Has she got any plans to see any touristy sites while she's in the UK, maybe do some hiking/camping that sort of thing? Does she have any family in the UK? 3 months is a bit on the long side for just a visit, and the visit visa is not a boyfriend/girlfriend visa. The UK has a decidedly low regard for visits for that reason, so her application has to be strong. She'll need to show she's going to be in the UK in line with the intent of the visa.

In April she needs to work. So next time I will say I am her friends? Someone needs to cheat to come inside UK? Bah. I didn't ask boyfriend VISA, we asked tourist visa and I explained our plans.

Anyway, can she enter in Italy with that black cross? Someone knows? (Schengen area)

Yes sure, do that and she will find herself facing a ban for deception if she has declared you as a boyfriend already. HO/UKVI keep all information.

Should not affect her entry to Italy.

Guys, me and my girlfriend are going to Italy through Istanbul. Turchia is not schengen, will she got problem to change flight Istanbul Rome with that X on the passport?! There is some record between England and Turchia?!

The flight will be "Buenos Aires - Istanbul - Rome"
