Obie, would the compassionate ground come into play if the applicant is in Pakistan where the family members have passed away? i.e. expedite appeal on compassionate grounds due to death of family members in same country as spouse in order for said spouse to get visa and come to UK.Obie wrote:That indeed amount to compassionate reason to seek an expedition.
