Got this message today..Dear Sir
I have received my new BRP on 21st Jan 2016.
However I think you have made mistake with the length of stay I am granted i.e. from 19th Jan 2016 to 18th Jan 2018 (2 years only)
I have paid £500 IHS which would indicate that I should have been given at least 2.5 year visa.
Please review my extension BRP that is just granted and I believe I should have been give at least 2.5 years

Thanks for your reply however your comment about the not eligible route is confusing with the information I have followed on your website.

Apply for administrative review
If your application was refused, you must apply for an administrative review within 14 days of getting the decision. Your refusal letter will tell you how to apply. It costs £80.
You must apply within 7 days if you’ve been detained.
If your application was granted but you’re unhappy with the amount or conditions of your leave, you must email the Home Office within 14 days of getting your biometric residence permit.

RE: (Mistake in the Length of Leave) HO REf:xxxx
I have received my new BRP on 21st Jan 2016.
However I think you have made mistake with the length of stay I am granted i.e. from 19th Jan 2016 to 18th Jan 2018 (24 months only).
As per guidance Immigration Rules Appendix FM: family members (Family members) Rule D-LTRP.1.1, I should have been given 30 Months Leave to Remain. (see Appendix- A on page -2 )
Please review my extension decision and extend my visa from 24 months to 30 months.
APPENDIX
A- Section D-LTRP: Decision on application for limited leave to remain as a partner
D-LTRP.1.1. If the applicant meets the requirements in paragraph R-LTRP.1.1.(a) to (c) for limited leave to remain as a partner the applicant will be granted limited leave to remain for a period not exceeding 30 months, and subject to a condition of no recourse to public funds, and they will be eligible to apply for settlement after a continuous period of at least 60 months with such leave or in the UK with entry clearance as a partner under paragraph D-ECP1.1. (excluding in all cases any period of entry clearance or limited leave as a fiance(e) or proposed civil partner);
B- Section R-LTRP: Requirements for limited leave to remain as a partner
R-LTRP.1.1. The requirements to be met for limited leave to remain as a partner are-
1. (a) the applicant and their partner must be in the UK;
2. (b) the applicant must have made a valid application for limited or indefinite leave to remain as a partner; and either
3. (c)
1. (i) the applicant must not fall for refusal under Section S-LTR: Suitability leave to remain; and
2. (ii) the applicant meets all of the requirements of Section E-LTRP: Eligibility for leave to remain as a partner; or
