What review? Do you have a link? As CR001 has advised, your income must be ongoing and in fact you are required to submit a letter from your employer confirming that the employment is continuing with confirmation of salary.Sachin1991 wrote:Hi, thanks for your suggestion. Can you please tell me If i will use my 1 year payslips. Then it will work , because I saw 1 review on UKBA site.
Thanks
My advice still stands. As it stands now based on what you say, you are unemployed on a company sponsored visa (effectively a cancelled visa) and your spouse does not earn enough to meet the requirements. You will therefore be unlikely to be granted a spouse visa because you do not meet the requirements, which need to be 'ongoing' and not 'I will be looking for a job when I get a spouse visa'.CR001 wrote:You should have switched to spouse visa before you resigned. The requirement is to earn minimum of £18,600pa and it must be 'ongoing employment'.
