Thanks a lot again, your advice has been very helpful and now I feel like we have some possibilities to extend my stay in the uk

I have very small question about T5 if you can make clear please.

As we discussed in T5 form that i can not extend T5 category visa more then 24 months. Now if i want the same category T5 visa, can i re-apply for Tier 5 (Temporary Worker - Religious Worker) visa with the fresh application from india for the same sponsor ? what is the possibilities ?

please help with this small question so we can discuss in evening meeting today.

Thank you so much for your great advice

I’m not sure.

Do you see any prohibition in Appendix A or applications for entry clearance, similar to 245ZK.(g)?

We have no idea , we can't find that if we can apply again on T5 from outside uk or not , or if T5 is only allowed for one time for same sponsor, we are blind about it.

tier 5 religious worker visa extension refused (URGENT)

Post by hindu priest » Thu Apr 05, 2018 3:26 pm

Hi all,

I have a small question about saving in UK, I request to everyone if one of you can give some suggestion about my confusion.

My nationality is indian and I am currently working on Tier 5 (Temporary Worker - Religious Worker) visa which going to be expire in may 29th and I will have to leave the country (the UK) and go back to home country (india)

from india I will apply again for Tier 2 (Minister of Religion) visa, onec my T5 visa expire complity.

My question is that can leave my bank saving here in uk (i will not have any rights to come to the uk once my T5 visa expire)

My T2 visa process will start in June and it will take one month for decision and not sure what decision will be
and I will need to show bank statements at least 90 days before that to support myself but i don't understand shall I keep my money here or move in uk or transfer to india ?

Many Thanks in advance
Regards

help, do I need to pay tax for extra gifted money on T5 work visa?

Post by hindu priest » Fri Apr 06, 2018 2:06 pm

Hi all
I am currently working as a hindu priest in uk on Tier 5 (Temporary Worker - Religious Worker) visa and i have paid tax of my monthly paid salary but because I am a priest people used to give me money in my hands as honor of my level (can say as gifted money) and people used to give since i came in may 2016

it is going to be two years and I am leaving the country as my visa expiring on may 2018 and i will apply again for Tier 2 (Minister of Religion) visa and I will add my (UK)bank statements to support my T2 visa documents
but I am really concern about if immigration will notice that my income was more then paid tax while I was working in the UK on T5 (example my salary was £1200 to £1500 PM and I was diposting money £1500 to £1800 PM) do I need to pay tax on top of the money i earned as gifts ?

Is there any gifted money(particular amount) allowance for priest who works on visa ?

please guide me what is the legal process to solve this confusion i tried on internet my best level to find out tax rules for above case if any one can help me with my confusion I will be thankful really

Thanks

I am really Sorry Vinny if I am breaching any rules of the sites please suggest me where can I post ?

As I am in new in this site its bit confusing where to post and also I am going through so many questions in my mind and it's bit difficult to express
Separately and it's becoming all together but there is three things I need to know

First is can I leave my money here once my visa expire ?

second is do I need to pay tax on money which I have received as gift (as priest )?

if yes how much is allowed (PM OR YEARLY) as priest who works on visa T5 ?

I hope you understand my situation and suggest for the best, i will be waiting for a reply,

Honestly, This site and your answers are really helpful for me and I do appreciate from my heart

I am sorry again
Thanks & regards
