Hello to everyone
I'm bit nervous need help
On 23 October 2016 i submitted flr fp application based on British partner n child after a year wait they refused my application due to toeic test.went on appeal hearing on 13 April 2018 Ho barrister ask so many questions regarding toeic test went ok
But didnt really well my question is what is chances based on my family life to get positive response.
If i fail this time wt is further step for me plz help im so worried.will give all answers if needed

Did you not have a representative at the hearing, what did he say your chances were?

There is the option of applying for permission to appeal, if there is an error of law. C.f.

Yes i had he says in toiec you got 30 percent chances and with family law have have 60 percent. My solicitor wasnt good they didnt guide me nothing abt the hearing HO representative ask me more then 13 questions some of them was i cant remember but still try to explain them
