Need Urgent help, FLR(M) 5 year route decision approved but under 10 year route

I need urgent help
I applied for spouse visa extension FLR(M) 5 year route.
Desicion is approved and visa is granted for 30 months. But they put me into 10 year route now saying I didn't met the english requirement as I didn't provided UK naric letter confirming that degree was taught in English.
I did provided the statement of comparability from naric which states that my degree is comparable to uk bachelors degree. My degree was taught in English hence I also provided proficiency in English certificate from my university. If you see english language guidance on uk visa website, it is not stated that we need to provide a letter as well.

Now they didn't gave me the right to appeal as they knew I could have provided the letter. What should I do now? I am really worried. It's not a big mistake on which they put me on 10 year route. My friends and relatives also applied like this and they got visa on 5 year route, then why me

You can write to the ECO and ask for a reconsideration.

I think you forgot to send NARIC English proficiency letter apart of comparability report. They don't consider the letter from non-English speaking university that the course was taught in English.

ECO = Entry Clearance Officer.

You can write to Home Office and ask the decision making office for re-consideration. You should have been aware that they require NARC Red Route proof for degrees.

Your relatives who got the 5 year route, how did they prove their english language?

It’s more a caseworker, rather than an ECO. The latter deals with applications from outside the UK.

If you used this academic qualification to successfully satisfy the English Language requirements for leave as a partner or parent before, then ask them to follow their own guidance:

4.4. Applicants who provided evidence of an acceptable academic qualification with a previous application

A partner or parent applying for leave to enter or remain who has an academic qualification which was accepted as part of a successful previous application as a partner or parent is not required to provide further evidence of that academic qualification.

Your relatives who got the 5 year route, how did they prove their english language?

Their degree is also from Pakistan, and they only provided statement of comparability. They didn't provided English assessment. I wasn't aware of that they need both otherwise I would have provided them both. But still if they have asked for it once, I would have provided them, they simply put in 10 year route for just minor mistake.
Ok if I write to them, should I attach English assessment or should I wait for their reply and then send them English assessment?

The previous application was applied using life skill test, because I didn't had my degree and it was successful. But now I had it so I thought to apply through naric certificate.

In that case you needed UK NARIC Comparable assessment AND English assessment. Costs £150 for the UKVI Red Route NARIC assessments, same price as English test.

Ok, I get it, but point is what to do Now? Should I write to them and send them English assessment together with letter, or should I write to them for reconsideration and wait if they ask me to give test or assessment? Please help

Thanks for your advice. I'll write to them asap. Yeah they didn't asked because they just wanna earn money for long term
I mean they knew I am not having any immigration advisor, I submitted the application on my own, atleast they should have asked for it once. Or should have refused my application rather than giving me penalty for extra 5 years

I guess it refers to UK university degree where no NARIC clarification need.

This part:

I didn't knew about these documents and rules. I followed the website and it states
"Academic qualifications
You can prove your knowledge of English if both:

1)you have a degree or academic qualification that was taught or researched in English
2)your qualification is recognised by UK NARIC as being equivalent to a UK bachelor’s degree or higher
You’ll need to send a certificate from UK NARIC confirming this when you apply."
So for point number 1 it doesn't specifically states that degree should be proved by naric that it was taught in English, so I provided my university's letter. If they had mentioned about it here too why would not I had followed the step when I can follow the 2nd step?
Secondly if I did missed to read rules document, but still they should have asked for the assessment at least once. Why they took our email address when they can't contact us if they need any missing document.
