FLR(M) Various Questions Please Help

Post by wahi66 » Wed Nov 14, 2018 1:52 am

Hello Everyone,

Application FLM (M) recently married, have British child.

Back ground:

I am living in one of the address since more then 7 years and house is four bed plus loft and two receptions (Big house). The rent agreement is my name only from start and has good relations with the landlord. I am living with my wife and child (Britsh) but i also gave one room to my childhood friend who contributes the expense with me and one room to another person as lodger to cover up the house expenses (with landlord permission).

my partner is living on this address since 3.5 years even during the separation and divorce period with my ex.

So the questions are:

1. what docs we need to provide with our application??
(just rental agreement which is old or landlord letter)

2. Should we declared someone is living with us as the contract is just under my name.
A) four persons are register on the electoral, we both partner along with my friend and my ex partner although does not live here.

3. do we need any specific info or letter from the landlord??

4. is it counted as shared house although under my name??

Any personal experience and/or home office guidelines link would be preferred.

thanks

I doubt anyone is actually going to, or has the time, to write these letter for you.

1 - Cover letter is like an executive summary of your application you can add stuff about jobs, accommodation, relationship etc

2 - Letter to confirm you live there and they have no objection you both living there

3 - Letter confirming pay details and if payslip printed online then also to confirm payslips are genuine

4 - Depends on your case, you know best if you lack in some areas on application

(well, actually i was asking successful applicants to show their letters as an examples so people like me can get an idea how to write instead giving job like to lawyers)

1 - Cover letter is like an executive summary of your application you can add stuff about jobs, accommodation, relationship etc

2 - Letter to confirm you live there and they have no objection you both living there

You mean letter from landlord would me enough? no property inspection report would be needed (as we are already living here for quiet some time)

3 - Letter confirming pay details and if payslip printed online then also to confirm payslips are genuine

Ok

4 - Depends on your case, you know best if you lack in some areas on application
Apart from accommodation and being a director of own company I dont find anything complicated.

Thanks londoner007 I was about to lose hope to get any input in my topic and was looking for other topics to ask questions

If you live with other non-related adults then a property inspection report is recommended, otherwise no. Include tenancy agreement if you have one or just letter from landlord.

Since your relying on self-employment make sure you include all documents that are required from your business such as CT600 etc

I have one friend and one other person but the problem is they are not on the contract however landlord knows about it. so shall we just ignore the two person and letter from landlord would be enough confirming our residential status along with titlle register from land registry to confirm the landlord name etc??

But in case if we have to mentions those two persons then we need to get property inspection report?? correct? who can prepare this inspection report?? any recognized body or any property dealer?

Hello guys

As my landlord ask to give me the content he needs to write down for said letter so
I have just draft a landlord letter of recommendation. Please have a look a see if this would work.

[date]

[landlord’s name]
[business name]
[street address]
[suburb state postcode]

To whom it may concern

Re: [tenant names and address of rental property]

This reference letter is to confirm that [tenant names and their children if relevant] have been tenants in the above property. The rental property is a 4-bedroom house with two reception and loft. The house is fully compliance with health and safety regulations and There is more than adequate space for all of them to live. Please also be notified that they will not break the Housing Overcrowding Act.

During the tenancy, they have been responsible and timely in their rent payments, which were due monthly. There have been no complaints from neighbors, and the tenants have kept the property and its surrounding area clean and tidy.

I can confirm that the tenants were respectful, friendly and helpful. They made no unreasonable demands or complaints during their tenancy.

We have not served [tenant names] a Notice to Remedy or any other legal notice during the tenancy. They informed us in advance about the spouse visa requirement for adequate accommodation and therefore a letter of recommendation has been given to meet the requirement.

Yours sincerely

One issue you may need to consider is why your ex partner is still registered on the Electoral Roll as being resident in the property :!:

Hello Casa

Well she left the country permanently and have not changed her address even banks etc.

do you suggest that i should declared it as share house and give them property inspection report just to be on safe side??

Question1:
Does property inspection report needs all the names registered and living?? or just living??

I asked one friend who is property agent for property inspection and he said just give me names you want on it and pay £125 and he will produce report for immigration purpose. don't they need to visit home??

Do not even think about submitting a document that is false. It can have consequences.

Do it properly if you are going to do it.

A 'Household enquiry form' is sent to all residential properties annually for completion, giving details of occupants in the accommodation.
This is legal requirement and failure to complete or to give false information is liable to face a fine of up to £1,000. If your ex-wife's name is still on the Electoral Roll after leaving the residence several years ago, her name is likely to flag up if the Case Worker carries out an occupant check.

Yes, you should submit a genuine property inspection report, as from your post above you appear to be sharing the accommodation with 2 other people in addition to your wife and child.
