I need some information on tier 2 visa rules :

Does Travelling for business does not count for the days outside of the UK?

My employer is asking me if i can stay outside uk for a business for more than 180 days and will it affect my visa ?

Please let me know if i stay outside uk for a long period does it affect my tier 2 visa ?

Any absences of 180 days or more in any 12 month period breaks your continuity of residence.

You don't state which tier 2 visa you hold. Is it tier 2 General or tier 2 ICT?

Thanks, its a tier 2 general visa, will it effect my tier 2 general visa if i am outside uk for more than certain time period.
i will have project to work on in European countries
