Spouse Visa Refusal Appeal Online - Preview "Are you sending your Notice of Decision?"

Hi all,

We are appealing a spouse visa refusal, using the online form.

Is there a way to upload documents, or should we just complete the online form and then mail the documents to the appeals centre?

I'm using the online portal to appeal a visa refusal (https://immigrationappealsonline.justice.gov.uk/IACFees). When I preview my submission, there is a question in Section 2 Question G "Are you sending your Notice of Decision?" However, this question isn't even in the online form in Section 2, and it automatically sets my answer to "NO - Please explain below" (!)

Am I correct that the "Notice of Decision" is my Refusal Letter? I have the letter and will be including a copy of course, so this is very confusing.

Has anyone come across this? Does it matter if I submit the online form with 'NO' and just include the Notice of Decision (Refusal Letter).
