Post by Mamamia90 » Tue Dec 11, 2018 6:50 pm

Hi ,
I have submitted my online application(Set M) on 5th dec paid super priority for UKVI and finally got an appointment on tuesday 11th at Bedford for biometrics and document.Prior to appointment called sopra centre to ask if tgey can upload /scan documents and said yes they dd.
Arrived at centre and the system was not connecting ,the ladies said its thier second day since tge launching and it ddnot work on monday as well. They had to manually take my photo and biometric which was long but ok.
On document scanning ;As per my application am suppose to have 2.5 years worth of 6 document(proof of residence) they did not scan all the documents all they scanbed was the first document dated of 2.5 years and the last dated on 2.5 years.Myn and husbands work contracts they only scanned front page and not the whole contracts. Can someone help is this how its suppose to be done? cause previously i posted all 2.5 years worth of documents?
Will this delay the process or can i get a refusal ?
Thanks

Sopra Steria is not UKVI, you should ensure you have provided the right document for your application. That's why it is advised that people should upload their documents before going for the appointment. It gives peace of mind that you have provided everything required. In your case, if the case worker needs more information before making a decision, then he/she might contact you. And if the information is enough to make a decision, you should get your decision accordingly.
I am not a lawyer and do not claim to be one. All my comments here are based on my opinions, experience and interpretation of the appropriate UKVI guidance documents and immigration rules.

To avoid the constant duplicating of posts by some members, it is not necessary to post almost identical posts in all topics.
ILR forum should be left for the ILR related queries NOT to discuss issues with UKVCAS system.

Please continue in the existing topics we have, this one will now be locked.
