Visa extension date range

Hi All,

My first Tier 2 General visa from Apr 2014 to Jan 2016 and extended again valid till Feb 2019 and my employer in CoS he entered start and end date as 2 years (from Feb 2019 to Feb 2021) however my Tier 2 General visa 6 years will completed in Apr 2020, I already raise this with my employer , but he said it wont be a issue if we file for 2 years.

Can anyone face this issue, anyone can advise please.

Please stop tagging onto other members topics. It is considered rude and unfair to other posters.

Regardless of how long your CoS is for, you will ONLY get a visa up to a maximum of 6 years on Tier 2.
